Η Cablenet Communication Systems Ltd ζητά να προσλάβει άτομο για πλήρη απασχόληση στην πιο κάτω θέση με έδρα τη Λευκωσία:

ΝΟΜΙΚΟΣ ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΟΣ

Υπευθυνότητες:

• Παρέχει γνωμοδοτήσεις στην Εταιρεία για οποιοδήποτε νομικό ζήτημα προκύψει.
• Συντάσσει συμβόλαια, συμβάσεις και κάθε άλλης μορφής νομικά έγγραφα.
• Διασφαλίζει τη νομιμότητα των εταιρικών δραστηριοτήτων.
• Διαπραγματεύεται, επανεξετάζει και παρέχει νομικές συμβουλές σε προσχέδια συμφωνιών, συμβάσεων και άλλων νομικών εγγράφων.
• Παρέχει κάθε είδους νομικές υπηρεσίες για την εξυπηρέτηση των αναγκών και υπηρεσιών της Εταιρείας.

 

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

• Πανεπιστημιακός τίτλος στα Νομικά.
• Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος στη Νομική σε θέματα Εμπορικού και/ ή Εταιρικού Δικαίου.
• Τουλάχιστον δύο χρόνια εμπειρία σε επαγγελματικό περιβάλλον.
• Γνώση νομοθεσιών Εταιρικού Δικαίου, Ανταγωνισμού, Προστασίας Καταναλωτή, Προστασίας Προσωπικών Δεδομένων και Εργατικού Δικαίου.
• Γνώση του νομοθετικού πλαισίου που αφορά τηλεπικοινωνίες θα αποτελεί αξιόλογο πλεονέκτημα.
• Άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος από τον Παγκύπριο Δικηγορικό Σύλλογο θεωρείται πλεονέκτημα.
• Πολύ καλή γνώση υπολογιστών και καλός χειρισμός  Microsoft Office.
• Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (FOREX)

Social Media Manager (Forex)

 

Job description: The Social Media Manager position reports directly to the Head of Online Marketing and is responsible for executing the company’s social media strategy. 

Will systematically coordinate with the in-house marketing and PR department to ensure that marketing goals are integrated and strategic communication messages created at a higher level are communicated through all social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice as the company’s social media network is developed and maintained. The selected candidate is expected to demonstrate innovation, a good understanding of the various techniques employed in achieving demonstrable results and is able to both justify and quantify their activities.

• Implement the social media strategy and responsible for growing and maintaining the company’s network of social media channels.
• Direct involvement in the coordination of the social media editorial calendar. Responsible for pulling together content from internal writers and from external PR agency.
• Liaise with creative content writer and market analyst to obtain material for communication. Tailor content to each channel. Ensure that communication and interaction on all channels is executed according to the editorial calendar. 
• Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
• Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications
• Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
• Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
• Regularly provide insights and feedback from social media monitoring back to the marketing and content creation teams
• Monitor conversations on all social media channels and respond accordingly
• Monitor developments in social media trends, tools and applications

Qualifications required: Requirements

• Similar experience.
• Excellent commercial working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube.
• Experience with translation control.
• Strong understanding of how to achieve ROI.
• Knowledge of Analytical programs.
• Strong project management or organizational skills
• Team player, with the confidence to take initiative and provide recommendations for the optimal implementation of social media strategies
• Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
• Have a good knowledge of principles of SEO
• Public relations, Marketing, Sales, Community Management experience, a plus
• Strong command of English language. 
• Comfortable working in a high pressure environment and working to strict deadlines.
